Thai Mama is a new Thai restaurant in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Thai Mama is a new restaurant, but not a new concept because the owner started in this neighborhood, starting Thai Kitchen in 1999 but later sold the business.
The new location will operate as Thai Mama to avoid confusion.
Thai Mama will be a duplicate of the existing Thai Kitchen chain that has grown to multiple locations across the region. They are located in the following communities:
Thai Kitchen’s owner is Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul, a Thai immigrant who immigrated to the U.S. in 1995.
